Bake off making scones

Today is bake off day for room 4. This morning my koko and I made scones before our class meeting. here is the recipe and instructions on how to make the scone we made this morning.

Recipe and you will need:

-  large bowl
- little bowl
- tea spoon
- table spoon
- measuring cup
- Any kind of flour
- sugar ( any kind )
- baking powder
- salt
- milk
- cream
- unsalted butter
- egg


Step one. in a large bowl put 2 and a half cups of flour into the bowl.
Step two. in the same bowl add 2 table spoons of sugar into the bowl
Step three. add two tea spoons of baking powder into the same bowl you put the other ingredients in.
Step four. if you want you can add 1 tea spoon of salt in the same bowl
step five. now whisk and mix and combine all the ingredients till it combine
Step six. you can now add 5 table spoons of unsalted butter to the bowl.step seven. combine the butter with the other ingredients till you get a sandy, crumbly texture.

step seven. when your finished combining the butter put the bowl beside and get out your little bowl and the measuring cup, in the little bowl get out the egg and crack it into the bowl, get out the whisk again and stir the egg around
step eight. when your egg is stir all up get out the milk and pour it up to 3 and a quarter high in the measuring cup.
Step nine. now you can add your egg and the milk to the other that you first had and mix it up.
step ten. when you finished mixing the egg and the milk with the other stuff it should look like doe.
step fourteen. now on your bench sprinkle the flour on the bench  and then put on top of that put your doe on it.
step eleven roll and pat the doe and then it should look like flat ish but not to flat.
after you have done that step you can get your knife and cut the doe in half then cut it again but in quarters.
step twelve . put the cup up pieces into a large tray when you have done that put it in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes doing this should let the doe relax.
step thirteen. when he it has been 10 to 15 minutes you can bring it out, then get some cream and put it in a cup as high as you want then get a brush then brush the cream on top the scones.
step fourteen. now you can put it in the oven for 18 to 20 minutes now, after its been 18 to 20 minutes you a finished
